Church Work Day

There’s a difference between simply attending a church and belonging to a church family.

When you belong, the church stops being “them” and becomes “us.” We notice something that needs to be done and ask, “How can I help?” We recognize that caring for the place God has given us is something we get to do together.

That’s what Church Work Day is all about.

We’ll spend the day working together on projects around New Beginnings—cleaning, organizing, repairing, improving, and taking care of our church home. There will be jobs for all different ages and skill levels, so you don’t have to be a handyman to help!

More than getting projects checked off a list, this is an opportunity to serve alongside your church family, build relationships, and be good stewards of what God has entrusted to us.

At New Beginnings, our mission is to Love God, Love Others, and Serve the World—and sometimes serving starts right here at home.
